I have heard a lot of things said about this sleeping method I learned and designed myself. I just ignore them because I am one hundred percent sure it is going to work. I have struggled with sleep for the longest time and this is the only method which may have worked. Each time I incidentally messed my schedule, I just do this and I am back to my usual pattern. It's easy to do. I just need to list down ways to keep busy during the hours when I am supposed to be awake.
Tuesdays- 3:00 P.M. Fridays- 2:00 P.MSundays- 6:30 P.M.
