Our Vision
To glorify the Father, to exalt His Christ, and to manifest His Spirit in our community, our nation, and even to the ends of the earth.
Who We Are
High Point Church is a body of believers who ardently and expectantly seek the heart of the Father. Pastor Trey Dickerson whole-heartedly believes that the perfect synonym for the word “church” is “family.” And we, as the family of God, are hungry for the heart of our Father to be revealed and manifested in our community and to the uttermost parts of the world.
What kind of church are we? You might consider us a full gospel church because High Point Church believes that the Book of Acts is still being written through the body of Christ today. We believe that we live under a new and better covenant and that the entire Word of God is inspired, true, and relevant for us today.
We do make the distinction that we are a non-denominational church- not because we are against denominations - but because we do not subscribe to the belief systems of any particular denomination. However, we are dependent on other denominations in our community for fellowship and cooperation in spreading the good news.
Again, we are simply a church that loves God and seeks to grow in the knowledge and experience of Him. We understand that it is all about love, that is, understanding His great love for us and pursuing a growing love for Him and for one another.
This is church: Church is not a religion but a relationship. And this is what High Point strives to be - a church that reflects the name of the Lord.
