VISION
To glorify the Father, to exalt His Christ, and to manifest His Spirit in our community, our nation, and even to the ends of the earth.
Mission Statement
To make the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit known through declaring His name in both word and conduct as well as through the manifestation of Him in power.
Who We Are
High Point Church is a body of believers who ardently and expectantly seek the heart of the Father. Pastor Trey Dickerson whole-heartedly believes that the perfect synonym for the word “church” is “family.” And we, as the family of God, are hungry for the heart of our Father to be revealed and manifested in our community and to the uttermost parts of the world.
What kind of church are we? You might consider us a full gospel church because High Point Church believes that the Book of Acts is still being written through the body of Christ today. We believe that we live under a new and better covenant and that the entire Word of God is inspired, true, and relevant for us today.
We do make the distinction that we are a non-denominational church- not because we are against denominations - but because we do not subscribe to the belief systems of any particular denomination. However, we are dependent on other denominations in our community for fellowship and cooperation in spreading the good news.
Again, we are simply a church that loves God and seeks to grow in the knowledge and experience of Him. We understand that it is all about love, that is, understanding His great love for us and pursuing a growing love for Him and for one another.
This is church:
Church is not a religion but a relationship. And this is what High Point strives to be - a church that reflects the name of the Lord.
We are a church that strives to continue to show forth the works of the Lord.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the beliefs and doctrines of High Point Church?
We are considered a full gospel church- believing that Book of Acts is still being written through the Body of Christ today. We teach that the Bible is divinely inspired and infallible; acceptance of the atoning work of Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven; the Holy Spirit and His gifts are relevant today and are given to believers to empower them to do the works of God.
Is New Covenant part of a denomination?
We make the distinction that we are a non-denominational church, not that we are against denominations, but rather do not subscribe to the belief systems of any particular denomination. However, we are dependent on other denominations in our community for fellowship and cooperation in spreading the good news.
Is there a place for my kids?
Definitely! We provide ministry to all kids, from infants to 6th graders, during all church services (however we are not a babysitting service). We use this valuable time to teach kids stories and truths from the Bible on a level they can understand.
How should I dress for a worship service?
We don't have an official dress code for church. Some people dress up, some people dress casual. As a general guideline, wear clothes that are comfortable and appropriate for coming to worship the One True and Living God.
